AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEMS
The PUR Distribution Air Cleaners have been designed to remove atmospheric and household dust, mites, pollen, mold spores, fungi, bacteria, viruses, pet dander and more down to 0.01 micron. These units contain environmentally friendly, lifetime filter system that simply washes clean. The washable prefilter captures large particles of dirt, lint and hair. The electronic filter charges pollutants by fine wires and attracts them to collecting plates, where they adhere like a magnet until washed away. The activated carbon odor and gas filter helps remove VOC’s emitted from carpets, furniture, solvents, personal care products, paints, etc. The Negative Ionizer adds healthy negative ions in the clean air stream to revitalize the air just like being near a waterfall or at the beach.

THE 5 STAGES OF AIR PURIFIERS
1. CARBON PRE-FILTER
The Carbon Pre-Filter effectively traps and reduces larger sized allergens, dust, and particles and at the same time, protects the HEPA filter.
2. HEPA FILTER
The HEPA Filter removes particles 0.3 micron and larger such as atmospheric and household dust, mites, pollen, mold, pet dander and more. The HEPA filter becomes more efficient as it becomes dirtier with time.
3. TWO (2) UVC GERMICIDAL LIGHTS
These are enclosed in a reflector which intensifies the UV rays. These two UVC bulbs are effective in killing cells and eliminating living airborne organisms which would normally float in the air and either continue to breed or be inhaled.
4.PHOTO CATALYTIC OXIDATION FILTER:
This (PCO) filter has a very high surface exchange capability and allows UV light into the mass of the material which means there is absorption throughout the whole filter instead of just on the surface. The combination of the UVC light and the PCO filter decomposes organic materials into basic molecules such as H2O and CO2.
5. CARBON/POTASSIUM PERMAGANATE FINAL FILTER:
This final filter is for the removal of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s) and light gases.
